The members of Voice New Westminster come from all walks of life in this culturally rich and diverse city. We value the many attributes that make New Westminster a unique and special place: The city’s significant history, its enduring sense of community, its developed downtown core, its location on one of Canada’s great waterways, and its proximity to Vancouver and other communities in the Lower Mainland. All of these make New Westminster an appealing place for residents, tourists and business owners alike. New Westminster will experience tremendous growth and change in the coming years, and Voice New Westminster’s common vision for that growth and change reflects our respect for the dignity of our city’s past while balancing the dreams, hopes and desires of its residents and businesses. Above all else we strive to achieve a broad consensus in decision-making that all can support and that is fair to all community stakeholders.
Voice New Westminster is a broadly-based, non-partisan civic electors organization comprised of city residents who share common concerns about the future of our community, its neighbourhoods, its sustainability, and the integrity and transparency of public processes carried out by local government bodies.
